When you need service on your heating or air conditioning equipment, you are automatically placed at the top of our daily service schedule...even in peak service periods such as mid winter or mid summer. The Energy Saving Agreement entitles you to regularly scheduled maintenance checks, providing fewer breakdowns and repairs, longer equipment life and ultimately, lower utility bills! Regular maintenance including precision tune-ups, professional cleaning and required routine examinations of your Air Conditioning. Your energy saving agreement is transferable to the buyer of your home if you should sell it. You are entitled to generous discounts on repairs 15% below our normal retail rates even on overtime calls. You will also receive newsletters and information to keep you in formed on new product offerings as well as homeowner maintenance tips.
